Our Mission
Our aim is to create a program that is engaging and responsive for every student. We strive to make learning fun by helping students accomplish challenges and exceed their goals, in a caring and supportive environment. At Mon Petit we use small group differentiated instruction and work stations that promote multi-sensory experiences in our daily lesson plans. We offer a curriculum that nurtures the whole child and supports social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth. Our weekly lesson plans are aligned with the Texas Pre-kindergarten Guidelines. The guidelines describe specific outcomes in each domain skill area.
HIGH/SCOPE APPROACH
In a High/Scope classroom, children are guided to explore, interact, and exercise their creative imagination through purposeful play. Well-prepared teachers support and extend each child's learning based on their developmental levels, so children enter school ready and eager to learn.
